As a fully licensed and regulated trust office under the supervision of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB), MARDEN operates in strict compliance with the Act on the Supervision of Trust Offices (ASTO), which came into effect on March 1st, 2004. All members of the MARDEN Group have been granted licenses by the DNB and are registered in its official register, accessible via the DNB website.
